At about 6:39 p.m. on August 16, the Hanoi City Police Command Information Center received a fire report at a restaurant and bar named Star on Pho Duc Chinh Street, Truc Bach Ward, Ba Dinh District. The house on fire has a construction area of about 650 square meters, 1 floor and 1 mezzanine. The fire started from the roof of the restaurant, then quickly spread to the 1st floor which has many flammable materials (foam, foam, fabric, wood, etc.).
