Specifically, at around 1:00 p.m. on August 30, on Provincial Road 1 in Ea Wer commune, a woman fell asleep on the road and fell off her motorbike, her thigh hitting a roadside culvert, seriously injuring her.
Seeing people calling for help, 3 soldiers from the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (Provincial Police) and 1 officer from Hoa Phu commune quickly stopped the car and assisted the victims.

After a quick health check, realizing that the victim may have a leg injury, the comrades fixed the initial wound with a splint, then quickly took him to Buon Don Medical Center for timely emergency care. The comrades' actions to support the accident victims received the appreciation and gratitude of the victims and their families.
It is known that the woman who had the accident is named VTO (born in 1967, residing in Ea Wer commune). The three soldiers and commune officials who performed the above beautiful actions and gestures include: Captain Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, Major Bui Thi Lan, Captain Hoang Thi Phuong Thao (officers of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police) and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dat, an officer of the People's Committee of Hoa Phu commune.
Previously, the above-mentioned officers participated in the program "Joining hands for the community - helping children go to school" and implemented the model "Lighting up hope for a prosperous life" in two communes of Ea Sup and Cu M'lan. After completing the program and on their way back to their unit, they encountered the incident and promptly rescued the accident victim on the road.
