The 18th session of the 15th Provincial People's Council approved 8 important draft resolutions.

After a period of diligent and active work, conducted in a democratic spirit and with a high sense of responsibility, the eighteenth session of the Provincial People's Council, XV term, 2021-2026, has completed its agenda. At the session, eight draft resolutions were voted on and approved by the Provincial People's Council delegates.

The draft resolutions adopted at the session were:

1. Resolution on approving the revised master plan for Ninh Binh City until 2040.

2. Resolution stipulating the content and tasks of expenditure for maintenance, repair, and emergency handling of dike incidents under the local budget for the dike system in Ninh Binh province.

3. Resolution approving the Ninh Binh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

4. Resolution on the investment policy for the Ninh Binh - Hai Phong Expressway Construction Project, section passing through Ninh Binh province.

5. Resolution on the investment policy for the Project to reinforce irrigation canals combined with rescue and relief roads from Road 481C to the Day River dike in Khanh Trung commune, Yen Khanh district.

6. Resolution on adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 using local budget funds (7th time).

7. Resolution on the detailed allocation of the 2024 public investment plan using central government budget funds.

8. Resolution on approving the supplementary total number of employees (officials) in public preschool and primary education for the 2023-2024 school year for the Education sector of Ninh Binh province.
