Lao Cai ranked 6th nationwide in satisfaction index of administrative services in 2023

On April 17th, in Hanoi , the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform announced the 2023 Satisfaction Index on Administrative Services (SIPAS) and the 2023 Public Administration Reform Index (PAR INDEX) for ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities.

According to the published results, Lao Cai province ranked 6th nationwide in the SIPAS index with an average value of 88.76%, an increase of 5 places compared to 2022.

Lao Cai ranked 5th nationwide in the 2023 administrative service satisfaction index.

Regarding the Public Administration Reform Index (PAR INDEX), in 2023, Lao Cai province ranked 7th nationwide with an average value of 90.60%, placing it among the top provinces in the country, an increase of 4 positions compared to 2022.
