Lao Cai ranked 6th nationwide in satisfaction index of administrative services in 2023

On April 17, in Hanoi , the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform organized the announcement of the 2023 Satisfaction Index on Administrative Services (SIPAS) and the 2023 Administrative Reform Index (PAR INDEX) of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities.

According to the announced results, Lao Cai province ranked 6th nationwide in terms of SIPAS index with an average value of 88.76%, up 5 places compared to 2022.

Regarding the administrative reform index (PAR INDEX), in 2023, Lao Cai province ranked 7th nationwide with an average value of 90.60%, among the top in the country, up 4 places compared to 2022.
