The Thanh Hoa Meteorological and Hydrological Station warns that the water level on the Yen River continues to rise and is likely to reach alert level 1 between 12 PM and 2 PM today (July 22nd), and will continue to rise. There is a high risk of landslides in areas along both banks of the river. There is also a high risk of flooding in areas along the Hoang, Nhom, and Yen rivers.
