Closing the financial year 2023, Ha Tinh's domestic budget revenue reached 9,182 billion VND and was the year with the highest tax and fee revenue (excluding land use fees) ever.

According to data from the Ha Tinh Provincial Tax Department, as of December 31, 2023, the province's domestic budget revenue reached VND 9,182 billion, reaching 115% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council and increasing by 5% compared to 2022.

Of which, domestic revenue excluding land use fees reached 6,885 billion VND (reaching 115% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council and increasing by 7.5% compared to 2022). This is the highest tax and fee collection result ever in Ha Tinh, thereby contributing to balancing the local annual budget revenue and expenditure.

Ha Tinh tax officials support people in paying registration fees.

There are 12/15 tax collections that exceeded the estimates assigned by the Provincial People's Council, including: revenue from foreign-invested enterprises; non-state economic sectors; personal income tax; fees; non-agricultural land use tax; land rent; land use fees; lottery revenue; mineral exploitation rights fee collection; other budget revenues; capital recovery, after-tax profits; revenue from public assets, public land, and communes.

By locality, 11/13 districts, towns and cities completed and exceeded the estimates assigned by the Provincial People's Council, including: Can Loc, Cam Xuyen, Thach Ha, Huong Khe, Duc Tho, Vu Quang, Ky Anh, Loc Ha districts, Hong Linh town, Ha Tinh city, Ky Anh town.
