For the section from Quang An flower market to the end of the route, the Hanoi Traffic Works Investment Project Management Board said: Before June 30, the construction team will lay rough pavement and remove piles for the first 200m of the route (Hong Ha, near the flower market) and the last 200m of the route (Thuan An, adjacent to Lac Long Quan intersection). Painting, traffic organization, and railing work from Thang Loi Hotel to Quang An flower market will be completed in July 2024.
