Nghe An: Clarifying the cause of the child's death at Anh Son District Medical Center

On the morning of January 4th, the Institute of Criminal Science ( Ministry of Public Security ) conducted an autopsy to determine the cause of death of Nguyen MP (born in 2011, residing in Cam Son commune, Anh Son district, Nghe An province).

According to initial information, on January 2, P. vomited and coughed, so his family took him to Anh Son District Medical Center for examination. There, he had a blood test, a chest X-ray, and then the doctor gave him medicine to take at home.

At around 2am on January 3, P. continued to cough a lot and did not improve, so the family took him back to Anh Son District Medical Center. This time, after a blood test, he was given an IV. However, about 20 minutes later, P. suddenly had a seizure and died.

Following P.'s death, the family requested a forensic examination to determine the cause of death.
