Accordingly, Tan An commune installed 22 cameras along main roads, intersections, and densely populated areas. These cameras are connected and transmit image data to the model management center located at the commune's police station. The total cost of implementing the model is 86 million VND; of which, the Tan An Commune People's Committee contributed 50% of the funding, and the remainder was contributed by the local people.
The launch and operation of the "Security Camera" model has contributed to raising public awareness of law compliance, while also helping authorities obtain images and videos as important evidence to combat and suppress crime, ensuring security and order at the local level.
Reportedly, this is the first "Security Camera" model in Dak Po district. In the near future, the local authorities will continue to promote the expansion of this model to other communes and towns.
