A 36-week pregnant woman went into labor and delivered twin boys weighing 2,300g and 2,450g by cesarean section. The two babies were born healthy, with good reflexes and stable general condition.

Doctor Vo Thai Trung, Deputy Head of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology - Binh Duong General Hospital shared: "After giving birth, the mother was very happy, smiling from ear to ear. The mother was overwhelmed with emotion and burst into tears. We kept our promise. This is the result of everyone's contribution."

In September 2025, patient Le Ngoc P. was admitted to the hospital with a crushed lower third of his forearm and a completely severed right hand due to a work accident. In order to preserve as much living tissue as possible, the surgical team at Binh Duong General Hospital applied a technique of temporarily grafting the hand onto the right leg to maintain blood flow for nearly two months - a solution that requires high microsurgery skills, close monitoring and continuous coordination between specialists, especially when the patient is pregnant with twins.
On November 28, doctors performed a surgery lasting more than 12 hours to separate the hand from the temporary graft site and reattach it to the original anatomical position. The team completely re-established the blood vessel, nerve and tendon systems with high sophistication, contributing to the recovery of the hand and preserving the limb's function for the patient.
