Many tax industry applications suspended from October 11

Temporarily suspend the Tax industry's application systems to serve the inspection and assessment of the readiness level of electronic tax services in the backup environment.

The Tax Department will check and evaluate the readiness level of the electronic tax service application system in a backup environment from October 11 to 12.

During this time, some Tax applications will be temporarily suspended to serve the system conversion.

Specifically, the electronic tax service application system will be suspended for the first time from 6:00 p.m. on October 11 (Saturday) to 2:00 a.m. on October 12 (Sunday) and for the second time from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on October 12.

The administrative procedure settlement information system will be temporarily suspended for the first time for 1 hour and 30 minutes, from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on October 11; and temporarily suspended for the second time for 1 hour and 30 minutes, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on October 12.

During the above period, electronic tax service applications for businesses (eTax), electronic tax service for individuals (iCanhan), electronic tax service on mobile devices (eTax Mobile), and e-commerce portal will temporarily stop operating.

In addition, the Electronic Information Portal for households and individuals doing business to register, declare, and pay taxes from e-commerce and digital-based business; the Electronic Information Portal for foreign suppliers; electronic tax services on the National Public Service Portal, electronic tax services on the Ministry of Finance's Public Service Portal; and the information system for handling administrative procedures are also temporarily suspended.
