Tay Ninh: Commencement of social housing project in Hau Nghia with a scale of over 1,400 apartments

On the morning of December 7, 2025, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province coordinated with MIK Group to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of the Green Nestera Social Housing Project in the new urban area of ​​Hau Nghia, Hau Nghia commune. This is the first social housing project of MIK Group implemented in the locality, aiming to meet the increasing housing needs of workers.

The Green Nestera project consists of 8 buildings, a total of 1,467 apartments, ensuring accommodation for nearly 2,300 workers; designed in a modern, functional and suitable manner for many groups of residents, especially workers and young families. The project is located at the gateway, conveniently connecting to Ho Chi Minh City and key economic and administrative areas of the province via main traffic routes.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Han emphasized that developing social housing is an urgent requirement to create a sustainable social security foundation in the context of the rapidly increasing labor force in industrial parks and clusters. He affirmed: "Social housing is not only apartments, but also homes that nurture the beliefs and aspirations of workers. Each home today is the foundation for a rich, beautiful, affectionate and sustainably developed Tay Ninh in the future."

According to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Tay Ninh aims to complete more than 80,000 social housing units by 2030, contributing to solving the housing needs of tens of thousands of workers working and attached to the province. In 2025, Tay Ninh has implemented 5 large social housing projects expected to provide about 4,500 social housing units, contributing significantly to the country's common goal of building at least 1 million social housing units by 2030.

According to MIK Group, each apartment at Green Nestera is intelligently designed, focusing on optimizing the area, aiming for sustainable quality. Tay Ninh province assessed that the social housing project in Hau Nghia not only solves the urgent housing needs of workers, but also contributes to the formation of a civilized, modern urban area in harmony with infrastructure, services and environmental landscape.
