Notice of prosecution of defendant Le Trung Khoa

(Chinhphu.vn) - On December 8, the Supreme People's Procuracy issued Indictment No. 2320/CT-VKSTC-V1 prosecuting defendant Le Trung Khoa for the crime of "Making, storing, disseminating, and propagating information and documents aimed at opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam" as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 117 of the Penal Code.

His son: Le Van Trong; Her daughter: Cao Thi Loi

On December 5, the Ministry of Public Security's Security Investigation Agency issued Wanted Decision No. 1642/QDTN-ANĐT-P3 for Le Trung Khoa.
