• Candidates can register for 2 wishes.
• Round 1 only includes a general knowledge test in the form of a multiple choice test on a computer and no foreign language test because the job positions to be recruited no longer require foreign languages ​​in the training and development standards and according to the job description and competency framework of the job position.
• Immediately after the recruitment period, if a new recruitment need arises for a job position with requirements on standards and conditions similar to the job position for which the candidate has registered, the Department of Education and Training shall consider and decide on the admission of the candidate whose recruitment result is immediately lower than the recruitment result of the successful candidate until the arising recruitment need is met.

At the same time, to continue implementing the policy of recruiting teachers from excellent students, as assigned by the City People's Committee, the Department of Education and Training has issued documents to Ho Chi Minh City National University and universities in the city to strengthen and disseminate this policy among students. At the same time, coordinate to monitor and receive information about excellent graduates to serve as a source of referrals for students who are eligible to register for admission immediately after graduation.

Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training has received a list of 356 excellent graduates including: Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Sciences with 25 students; Saigon University with 15 students; Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education with 7 students; Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry with 65 students; Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics with 194 students; Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade with 50 students.
