Hoa Chau ward officials trained on the operational management system of Party agencies.

The training course was attended by 33 cadres, civil servants and specialists working at specialized agencies, advising and assisting the Party and the Fatherland Front of the ward.

Officials, civil servants and specialists are equipped with a lot of practical knowledge and skills such as: Document processing, tracking and circulating files on the system; exploiting utilities for managing incoming and outgoing documents, scheduling work, online reporting, storing digital data; practicing specific situations to practice fast and accurate operations; information security and safety skills; as well as methods of coordination and sharing data through the system to increase connectivity between agencies.

Through training, the staff has strengthened their information technology skills, shortened the time for processing documents, improved professionalism, and contributed to improving work efficiency. This is a practical activity to promote the digital transformation process in the Party Committee, associated with the goal of building a digital government and smart city of Hue city.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Duong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Ward People's Council, said: Putting the information system into use for Party agencies not only changes the way of working but also innovates thinking, towards a modern, transparent and effective administration in the Party organization. At the same time, the application of information technology is also important in improving leadership, direction and management capacity, contributing to improving operational efficiency and performing political tasks well in the locality. Mr. Duong suggested that the ward staff grasp the skills to use the system, considering it an effective support tool in leadership, direction and management at the grassroots level.
