Search for driver who reversed car and fled to avoid alcohol test on Highway 18

The driver drove in reverse at high speed on Highway 18 ( Quang Ninh ) to avoid alcohol concentration test.

Traffic Police Team No. 1, Traffic Police Department, Quang Ninh Provincial Police said that the unit is coordinating with functional forces to search for the car driver who reversed the car at high speed to avoid alcohol concentration test, endangering people and vehicles on National Highway 18 on the afternoon of November 11.

Specifically, at around 1:00 p.m. the same day, on National Highway 18, through Cau Sen area, Uong Bi City, Quang Ninh Province, Traffic Police Team No. 1 signaled the driver of a white Vios car, license plate 14A 5490... to stop for alcohol concentration testing.

Quang Ninh authorities are searching for a driver who drove in reverse at high speed on the highway to avoid alcohol testing.

However, this driver did not obey the command but drove backwards at high speed to escape, endangering people and vehicles participating in traffic on Highway 18.

Immediately afterwards, Traffic Police Team No. 1 of Quang Ninh Provincial Police coordinated with other authorities to collect evidence and search for the identity of this driver.
