Step by step, invest in the construction of a complete urban network in the province according to each development stage oriented by the Quang Nam Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; National Urban Classification Plan for the period 2021 - 2030.
The order of implementation of the preparation, appraisal and approval of the dossier of the Quang Nam Province Urban Development Program is as follows: In April-May 2025, organize the selection of contractors according to legal regulations; in June-December 2025, organize the preparation of the urban development program; in January 2026, submit for appraisal and approval; in February 2026, organize the announcement of the program. The estimated cost is about 2.2 billion VND from the state budget.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to be the agency to organize the establishment of the Urban Development Program of Quang Nam province with the requirement to ensure the correct purpose, time, and progress of implementation; to be responsible for the implementation in accordance with the regulations on the urban development program and relevant current legal regulations.
