Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee periodically receives citizens in March 2025

Today, March 25, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam chaired the regular citizen reception session for March 2025. Attending the citizen reception session were leaders of departments and branches; leaders of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities where citizens came to make recommendations and complaints.

At the meeting, 15 citizens came to reflect and make recommendations related to 10 cases, including 1 first-time complaint. The complaints were mainly related to the issuance of land use right certificates; compensation and support for site clearance; violations in land management; settlement of land disputes; issuance of construction permits in the wrong location...

At the citizen reception session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam acknowledged the citizens' petitions and requested leaders of departments, branches and localities to report in detail the process of receiving and resolving citizens' petitions. Regarding specific petitions, the Provincial People's Committee will continue to direct relevant branches and localities to consider and resolve them in the spirit of ensuring the legitimate interests of citizens and complying with the provisions of law.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that leaders of departments, branches, sectors and localities need to enhance their roles and responsibilities in receiving citizens, reviewing and thoroughly resolving people's petitions and have written responses with specific and clear results within the time limit prescribed by law to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

During the response process, the response documents must clearly state the basis and legality. In addition, it is necessary to provide specific and detailed instructions on the next procedures in the process of resolving the petition for citizens to understand.
