The training session was attended by nearly 200 delegates including the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee; leaders of advisory and support agencies of the Commune Party Committee; village heads, secretaries/deputy secretaries of Party cells; civil servants, public employees, workers and a large number of union members, youth and members of socio-political organizations.

During the training, delegates were provided with an overview of the "Digital Literacy" movement; instructions on using AI to serve life; instructions on establishing digital identities; and improved safety skills in the digital environment.

Also on this occasion, Coc San commune launched 4 teams of the “Digital Education for the People” movement with nearly 40 members. The task of the team is to promote propaganda, directly help, guide, and raise awareness for people, youth union levels, members and youth about the “Digital Education for the People” movement.

In addition, the commune has launched a 30-day and night peak competition to guide and support people and businesses in implementing online public services in the area.

From July 25 to August 25, the commune will review and update the list of online administrative procedures; prioritize support for poor households, near-poor households, the elderly, people without smart devices... in implementing online public services.
In addition, the commune established working groups to support online public services to propagate and guide people to: Install, register and use the VNeID application, the National Public Service Portal; submit online public service applications at levels 3 and 4; pay fees and charges online through the system; establish "fixed support points" at the commune People's Committee and "mobile support points" in the villages.

Coc San Commune is a locality with many difficulties. In some areas, the rate of people accessing information technology and applying digital technology in production, learning and communication is still limited.
Organizing training and propaganda activities to support people in accessing digital technology and online public services is not only a necessary professional activity but also demonstrates the political determination and responsibility of the local political system in improving the quality of human resources, serving the process of building and developing digital government, digital society, and digital economy in the spirit of Resolution 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
