The Secretariat appointed comrade Tran Van Phuc to join the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

On January 12, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Secretariat on appointing Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police, to join the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision of the Secretariat to Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police.

On October 8, the Party Central Committee issued Decision No. 1582-QDNS/TW appointing Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police, to join the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police Department.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, congratulated Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police, on being appointed to the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee. She hoped that in the coming time, Colonel Tran Van Phuc and the collective of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee would continue to promote the spirit of self-reliance, self-strengthening, will and aspiration for development; focus on leadership, direction, and mobilization of the combined strength of the entire political system; join hands, unite, and persevere in overcoming difficulties and challenges; maintain political - economic - social stability; maintain solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee, political system and the trust of people, businesses, cadres, and party members; maintain a peaceful , friendly, stable, cooperative, and developing border; determined and strive to comprehensively complete the goals and targets set out by the 15th Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, delivered a speech assigning tasks to Colonel Tran Van Phuc.

Colonel Tran Van Phuc, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police, thanked the attention of the Central Government and the leaders of Quang Ninh province; at the same time, affirmed that he will make every effort together with the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to organize, deploy and complete the assigned tasks, especially the excellent completion of the task of ensuring political security and social order and safety in the area.
