On January 12, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Secretariat on appointing Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police Department, to join the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision of the Secretariat to Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police Department.

On October 8, the Party Central Committee issued Decision No. 1582-QDNS/TW appointing Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police Department, to join the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police Department.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, congratulated Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police, on being appointed to the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
