Patient NVL, born in 1963, residing in Tan Long ward, My Tho city, Tien Giang province, was hospitalized with a diagnosis of kidney stones. The CT scan results showed that the right kidney had a stone measuring 37x29x24mm, the upper calyx group had several small stones with a diameter of 3-7mm, the upper pole parenchyma had a cyst with a diameter of 18mm, and the left kidney had several stones with a diameter of 2-4mm.

Each patient had surgery for about 45 minutes. After surgery, the patient was stable”.
