Appointment and reappointment of 31 district court judges

On the afternoon of September 5, Lam Dong Provincial People's Court held a ceremony to announce and hand over decisions on appointment and reappointment of people's court judges.

Comrade K'Mak, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, presented decisions and congratulated the appointed and re-appointed judges.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced the President 's decision on the appointment of 4 judges and the reappointment of 27 judges currently working at 17 regional people's courts under the Provincial People's Court.

The reorganization and addition of the team of judges this time is of special importance, especially in the context of the two-level People's Court system in Lam Dong having just officially come into operation. The team of judges appointed and reappointed not only contributes to ensuring continuity and stability in trial activities but also affirms the attention of the Party and State to building a clean and strong judiciary, meeting the requirements of judicial reform in the new period.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade K'Mak, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, congratulated the judges who were appointed and reappointed; at the same time, acknowledged the efforts and important contributions of the team of judges in the trial work, contributing to ensuring justice, maintaining security and order and socio -economic development of the province.

He hoped that judges would continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, political courage, cultivate moral qualities, constantly learn and improve their professional qualifications to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, emphasized that the appointed and reappointed judges need to continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, practice political courage, maintain moral qualities, constantly improve their professional qualifications; strictly follow Uncle Ho's teachings to the Court staff to "serve the public, follow the law, be impartial and impartial" and "be close to the people, learn from the people, understand the people and help the people". Thereby, contributing to improving the quality of trial work, contributing to maintaining the fairness of the law.
