Implementing his teachings, over the years, eliminating illiteracy and universalizing education have always been major policies of the Party and State to improve people's knowledge, train human resources, and foster talents; contributing to the successful implementation of the country's industrialization and modernization.

In Ca Mau , the work of XMC received close direction from leaders at all levels and active support from organizations, unions and society.

In recent times, the province has stepped up propaganda to all classes of people, especially in areas with many illiterate people, about the importance of literacy for personal, family and community development.

Propaganda work is carried out in a variety of ways through mass media, oral propaganda, slogans, billboards, posters, emulation campaigns... at the same time, documents are compiled and published to serve the XMC work.
