(CT) - During the period 2022-2025, the Youth Union branches at all levels in Can Tho City implemented more than 15,570 youth projects and activities, benefiting the community with over 22.7 billion VND.

The youth of Nga Bay ward launched the "National Flag Street" along Nguyen Trung Truc Street.

The projects and activities focused on supporting communes and wards in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, and ensuring social welfare. Notable examples include: the implementation of the "National Flag Road" project with a total length of over 50km of roads; 25 projects such as "For Beautiful Schools for Children," "Propaganda Painting," and "Movemental Painting"; and the repair and construction of 220 concrete bridges.

Many activities focused on social welfare and supporting the economic development of youth union members were also actively carried out by the city's youth. As a result, they mobilized resources to build over 100 houses to support the poor and students in difficult circumstances; and mobilized over 265 tons of goods to support people in provinces and cities affected by storms and floods. Simultaneously, they organized over 400 training courses to transfer advanced scientific and technical knowledge to youth union members; and established 134 cooperatives and 515 youth economic clubs.
