On June 8, the Criminal Police Department, Cao Bang Provincial Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police and the Ta Lung International Border Gate Border Guard Station (Quang Hoa District) to exchange information and, together with Chinese authorities, arrest two internationally wanted criminals.
Accordingly, these two subjects include Lo Thanh Hai (born in 1994, residing in block 7, Kim Son town, Que Phong district, Nghe An ) and Pham Tung Khanh (born in 1990, residing in Hanh Khai block, Tan Lac town, Quy Chau district, Nghe An), who were wanted by the Criminal Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police on August 5, 2019 for the crime of "Murder" as prescribed in Article 123 of the Penal Code.

Previously, in July 2019, due to a fight while drinking, Khanh and Hai used a sword to slash Mr. LMH to death on the spot. After that, the two subjects fled to China.
On October 24, 2019, Nghe An Provincial Police coordinated with the Office of the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency to issue an international arrest warrant for Lo Thanh Hai and Pham Tung Khanh.
Currently, Cao Bang Provincial Police and other functional forces have returned the two subjects to Nghe An Provincial Police according to regulations.
