LPBank Securities continuously changes senior personnel

(Dan Tri) - From the end of 2024 until now, LPBank Securities Company (LPBS) has continuously changed senior personnel, from Chairman of the Board of Directors to General Director.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Khoa was elected to the Board of Directors (BOD) of LPBank Securities (LPBS). After the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on February 12, the LPBS Board of Directors met and unanimously elected Mr. Nguyen Duy Khoa to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Khoa was born in 1984, and was introduced as having worked at a number of securities companies such as Maybank, SSI, ACBS, VNDirect...

The position of Chairman of LPBS Board of Directors was previously held by Mr. Pham Phu Khoi. Mr. Khoi was appointed as Chairman of LPBS in September 2024, and was also introduced to have many years of experience in the field of securities finance.

On February 7, Mr. Khoi submitted his resignation as Chairman of the Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Directors for the 2023-2028 term to focus on his new role as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of LPBank. After Mr. Khoi submitted his resignation, the Board of Directors of LPBS assigned Ms. Vu Thanh Hue, Vice Chairman, to be in charge of the Board of Directors' activities until the position of Chairman is completed.

LPBS has witnessed continuous changes in its senior personnel in recent months. On February 10, Ms. Vo Hong Tuyet Nga submitted her resignation from the position of Chief Accountant effective March 7, 2025 for some personal reasons.

At the end of December 2024, LPBS held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to elect two additional members of the Board of Directors, Mr. Hoang Duy Hien (born in 1977) and Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Anh (born in 1983).

The extraordinary general meeting also dismissed Mr. Nguyen Duc Quan Tung and Mr. Yew Teong Soon Alan from their positions as members of the Board of Directors according to their personal wishes. After leaving the position of member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quan Tung no longer holds the position of General Director and legal representative of the company.
