The An Giang Provincial Military Party Committee was established, directly under the An Giang Provincial Party Committee, on the basis of merging the Kien Giang Provincial Military Party Committee, the Kien Giang Provincial Border Guard Party Committee, the An Giang Provincial Military Party Committee, and the An Giang Provincial Border Guard Party Committee.

The conference announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the appointment of the Provincial Military Party Committee Executive Board for the 2025-2030 term; the appointment of the Provincial Military Party Committee Standing Committee for the 2025-2030 term; and the appointment of the Provincial Military Party Committee Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Colonel Nguyen Van Ngành presented the decision appointing members to the Party Committee's Inspection Commission of the An Giang Provincial Military Command for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Van Ngành, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Commander of the An Giang Provincial Military Command, extended his congratulations to the comrades who received their appointments on this occasion.

The Commander-in-Chief emphasized: After the merger, An Giang province has a large geographical area and a strategically important location in the national defense posture. This is a prerequisite for the province's development, and at the same time, it places a great responsibility on the provincial armed forces. Therefore, the comrades in the Party Committee and the Standing Committee need to focus on effectively implementing the Party's policies and resolutions; upholding the spirit of unity and exemplary conduct in carrying out military and national defense tasks. They need to continue to promote creativity, flexibility, and timely advice and proposals to resolve difficulties and obstacles in carrying out military and national defense tasks and border defense work in the new situation.

The Provincial Military Party Committee needs to be united, proactive, creative, disciplined, and orderly; determined to build the An Giang Provincial Armed Forces into a truly core force, absolutely loyal to the Party, the State, and the people; excellently fulfilling all assigned tasks in military, national defense, and border defense work, contributing to maintaining political security and social order in the area, especially in the border region.
