During the past term, the trade union movement and activities in Thanh Khe were maintained stably and had many developments. The trade union cared for and protected the legal and legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.

The "Union Shelter" program supported the construction of 4 new houses and the repair of 1 "Union Shelter" house with a total cost of 220 million VND; resolved 100 loan applications with a total amount of 3 billion VND; mobilized more than 466 million VND to support workers in difficult circumstances. In the 2025 - 2030 term, Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union will focus on dialogue and collective bargaining, bringing benefits to union members and workers, especially wages, bonuses, working conditions and hours.

The ward builds a team of dedicated, intelligent, brave, and exemplary union officials to meet the requirements of the task; promotes the application of digital technology and comprehensive digital transformation in union activities.

On this occasion, the City Labor Federation announced the decision to appoint the Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union Executive Committee (term 2025 - 2030) consisting of 15 members. Mr. Phan Van Sang was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Ward Trade Union.
