Previously, some Facebook social network accounts shared a clip with content claiming that a teacher at a childcare facility in Nguyen Van Cu ward (Quy Nhon city) had beaten a child.

A representative of the childcare facility called "Tr. Academy Independent Kindergarten - Children's Group" confirmed that the incident occurred at the facility. This person said that after receiving a message from the family that the child had bruises on his body when he was picked up, the facility extracted the camera and established a council to verify the incident.

The teacher who showed signs of beating the child was identified as NTTN (born in 1998). Immediately afterwards, the facility invited the child’s parents and provided the camera recording the incident to the family. The facility requested teacher NTTN to make a report.

In her report, she said that on December 30, she had beaten the child three times. The representative said that the facility had disciplined teacher N., according to procedure, and would make a decision to dismiss her.

The daycare facility later apologized to the child's family.
