The delegation included: Mr. Hoang Viet Phuong, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province; Ms. Tran Thi Dieu Thuy, City Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; leaders of the Department of Physical Education and Sports , the Vietnam Cycling and Motor Sports Federation; and representatives from several departments, agencies, and units of Ho Chi Minh City, the Department of Physical Education and Sports, and Tuyen Quang province.

The delegation offered incense at Na Nua hut, where President Ho Chi Minh stayed, worked, and led the Vietnamese revolution from the end of May to the end of August 1945; Tan Trao communal house, where the National Congress, the predecessor of today's National Assembly, was held; and the Memorial Area for revolutionary predecessors.

Before the sacred image of President Ho Chi Minh and other revolutionary predecessors, the leaders of Ho Chi Minh City, the provincial leaders, the Vietnam Sports Department, and other delegates expressed their boundless gratitude and profound appreciation for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and other revolutionary predecessors to the glorious revolutionary cause of the nation; they pledged to continue promoting the study and emulation of the thoughts, ethics, and style of Uncle Ho; and to foster a spirit of unity.
