This is the first time the two sides have deployed an interactive experiential exchange model, combining technology and practical activities to create conditions for employees to get to know, talk and understand each other.
The event gathered 100 FPT and Vietnam Airlines employees aged 24-35 at Hola Park campus, Hoa Lac. At the program, young people experienced the MAYBE application developed by FPT specifically for the event, supporting interaction in the form of compatibility and open connection. Outdoor experiential activities, emotional interaction stations and the end-of-session connection program created a new, closer and more connected journey than traditional forms of exchange.

MAYBE is a step to expand cooperation betweenFPT and Vietnam Airlines from technology to corporate culture.
Previously, the two sides have worked together on many digital transformation projects and operational efficiency enhancement projects. MAYBE continues to be considered a practical experiment in strengthening human connections, which is considered an important factor to improve coordination efficiency in projects, joint activities and in multi-ecosystem working environments.
FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh shared that FPT and Vietnam Airlines have had a close and affectionate cooperative relationship since the 1990s, when FPT was first established. With that close relationship, FPT really wants the two families to "marry". The MAYBE program is designed to give FPT employees and partners more opportunities to find harmony, sharing and happiness.
To develop sustainable human resources, FPT always focuses on building a diverse "common home", including many generations, nationalities and ethnicities. Persistently on the journey to become a "Happy Workplace", FPT creates conditions for employees to learn, develop themselves, develop long-term careers and have a happy life "full of material, rich in spirit" through a series of breakthrough and different programs and policies such as: "Settling down and working - Long-term commitment" policy to support employees in buying houses and cars; Programs and policies for employees' relatives, especially focusing on the FPT Small group; Parents' Day...
Vietnam Airlines aims to create a working environment where each employee is respected, recognized and has the opportunity for long-term development. In its corporate culture orientation, the airline identifies that the quality of human resources comes not only from professional competence but also from the cohesion and cooperative spirit of individuals.
In recent years, Vietnam Airlines has implemented many activities aimed at employees, from capacity development training programs, internal dialogues to cultural activities and collective engagement. These are important factors contributing to maintaining corporate identity and strengthening pride in the working environment.
Following the same direction, MAYBE is considered a new approach to create more space for the young teams of the two businesses to interact and understand each other better, thereby effectively supporting the work coordination process. This event demonstrates Vietnam Airlines' efforts in continuing to build a humane, modern and cohesive corporate culture.
