Thousands of Korean students study at Ho Chi Minh City National University

The student exchange program between Daegu City (Korea) and Ho Chi Minh City National University opened on August 15.

According to Dr. Nguyen Duc Nghia, Vice Director of Ho Chi Minh City National University, there are currently nearly 150,000 Vietnamese people living, studying and working in Korea.
Meanwhile, Vietnam is also gradually becoming an ideal destination for Korean students in the Southeast Asia region. Ho Chi Minh City National University alone receives about 3,000 Korean students each year for short-term study and exchange (accounting for about 85% of the number of foreign students studying and short-term exchange at this University).
