Also attending were Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh; Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Phan Tam, Director of the Press Department Luu Dinh Phuc, Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information Le Quang Tu Do.
