Kaspersky launches cybersecurity training course for business executives

In addition to being essential for risk management and crisis response, cybersecurity training also empowers business leaders to make effective decisions when security incidents arise.

Security trends are increasingly needed to be increased in the face of digitalization issues of businesses.

To promote a culture of security within the business, the training program will raise awareness of the cyber security threat landscape and introduce the application of essential skills in the field of cyber security, as successful cyber attacks can impact a business's IT systems, from causing minor disruptions to potentially causing major losses to the entire business.

The Cybersecurity for Executives Online Training course was developed by Kaspersky’s senior managers and leading cybersecurity experts. Course participants will gain basic knowledge about cybersecurity through online videos with tutors, including 6 main topics: Introduction to cybersecurity; Cyber risks for businesses; Cyber attacks and attackers’ tools; Protecting yourself and your business from cyber attacks; Managing the consequences of cyber attacks; The future of cybersecurity.

The training course brings together an outstanding lineup of speakers from Kaspersky, including Eugene Kaspersky, founder and CEO; Andrey Suvorov, Head of KasperskyOS Business; Igor Kuznetsov, Head of EEMEA at Kaspersky Global Research and Analysis Team (GReAT); Yuliya Novikova, Product Manager Digital Footprint Intelligence and Lavinia Rossi, Head of Enterprise Business, Global Business .

The training course provides practical exercises and self-assessment questions at the end of each topic to reinforce the new knowledge for the participants of the course. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion from Kaspersky.

The program includes 50 lessons, each lasting from 3 to 6 minutes. Course participants will be given access to the cloud platform or to the enterprise's SCORM-compliant online training system.
