Attending the ceremony were Comrade Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, and President of the Vietnam Journalists Association .
According to Tran Quang Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union, the festival features 23 booths showcasing innovative products, creative ideas, and digital transformation initiatives from youth union members and young people in the capital city.
At the event, young people will have the opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and learn together to promote regional linkages, develop innovative human resources, and attract international investment in innovative startups.

According to Comrade Tran Quang Hung, in recent times, implementing the "Youth Innovation" movement launched by the Central Youth Union, the youth of Hanoi have deployed many innovative models and approaches, contributing to the creation and promotion of the startup and innovation ecosystem of the unit.
Regarding Program No. 07 of the Hanoi City Party Committee on “Promoting the development of science, technology and innovation in Hanoi City in the period 2021-2025”, the Youth Union branches in the capital city have actively organized activities to concretize 5 key projects. Through these activities, they have contributed to the development of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, and participation in the socio-economic development of Hanoi in particular and the Capital region and the Red River Delta in general.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee launched the 7th "Global Vietnam Startup Challenge" competition, which is expected to attract 70 universities and businesses from 8 regions around the world and the cities of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang.
