Opening of literary and artistic creation camp in Bac Ha commune

On July 18, the Literature and Arts Creation Camp organized by the Hai Duong Province Literature and Arts Association, Thanh Dong Babeeni Arts Center in collaboration with the Lao Cai Province Literature and Arts Association opened in Bac Ha commune, Lao Cai province.

The creative camp was attended by 25 members from various art fields such as literature, fine arts, photography, music, etc. from Lao Cai and Hai Duong provinces.

From July 18 to 24, members will visit Bac Ha commune, Si Ma Cai commune and some new communes of Lao Cai province to explore local life, culture and landscapes, serving the creation of new literature and art.

According to the Organizing Committee, this creative camp is an opportunity for artists from the lowlands to directly experience the cultural space imbued with the identity of the ethnic groups in the highlands of Lao Cai.

Vivid images of highland markets, majestic mountain scenery, and the lifestyle of ethnic minorities will be valuable materials to create works that breathe life, associated with the land and people of Lao Cai.

The creative camp is a practical activity to create a creative environment for artists, promote the development of the literary and artistic movement, and contribute to promoting local tourism and culture.
