According to initial information, at around 6:45 a.m. on September 7, people discovered flames and billowing smoke at an express delivery facility in residential group 1, Huong Khe commune, Ha Tinh province.

Immediately afterwards, local people called everyone to the scene, used rudimentary tools to participate in extinguishing the fire, moved some assets inside the facility out, and at the same time reported to local authorities and Huong Khe Commune Police.

Immediately upon receiving the news, Huong Khe Commune Police arrived at the scene, coordinated with functional forces, and local people to urgently put out the fire and move property out.
