Parents line up their bikes in a row in front of Da Nang school.

TPO - "No one needs to remind us, everyone consciously parks their vehicles close to the edge of the road, in a straight line to leave a path and also to beautify the school gate," said a parent of Nguyen Duy Trinh Primary School.

From 4pm every day, parents start coming to school to pick up their children. All cars arriving at the main gate and the side gate of the school are lined up in neat rows. Parents say that lining up their cars has become a habit and no one needs to remind them. Photo: Thanh Hien.

The road in front of the main gate is quite narrow so parents are more conscious of parking their bikes neatly. The rows of motorbikes are straight as if stretched out like a thread, making passersby feel secure.

"If everyone parks on their own, the whole area will be jammed. We are always aware of parking in the right place, neatly to ensure traffic flow, and also to set an example for our children. Seeing the school gate where our children study is clear and the vehicles lined up neatly, I am very proud," a parent shared.

In the 2025-2026 school year, Nguyen Duy Trinh Primary School has more than 1,000 students. Every time after school, a large number of parents come to pick up their children. However, the road is still not congested because the vehicles are lined up neatly.

The roads around the school are also marked so that hundreds of motorbikes have a place to park every day. Ms. Nguyen Thi Duyen (Cam Le ward) expressed her delight when seeing the beautiful rows of motorbikes in front of the school gate. "Many schools, when it's time to leave, have traffic jams, unable to move. It's both time-consuming and dangerous. I'm very impressed because the parents here are very conscious and civilized, creating a beautiful school gate that many other places should learn from," she said.

Motorcyclists and pedestrians can travel safely even though there are thousands of people passing by on the crowded street after school.

According to parents, for a long time, everyone has considered parking in the right place, not fighting, intentionally parking in the wrong place, or driving on the sidewalk to be a culture when coming to the school gate.

Picking up your children is less stressful because you don't have to get stuck in traffic in front of the school gate.
