Photos published in the media on June 9 show the consequences of a precision strike by the Russian military using Kh-38 missiles on the command post of Kiev forces in the direction of Kharkov.

And recently, on June 13, another video was made public showing the Kh-38 super missile attacking a multi-story building used by the Ukrainian military. Currently, the location of the target has not been revealed.

The Russian Kh-38 air-to-surface missile has a range of 40km and carries a 250kg warhead. The basic version of the Kh-38 missile is guided via an inertial navigation system with GLONASS support. Other versions add a semi-active laser, active radar and infrared imaging seeker.

This missile also served as the basis for the development of the Kh-36 Grom-E1, a tactical cruise missile with a range of 120km, and the Kh-36 Grom-E2, a guided glide bomb with a range of 50km.

The Kh-38 missile is typically launched by the Su-34 fighter bomber. However, the missile can be launched by other Russian Aerospace Forces fighters including the MiG-29, Su-30, Su-35, and Su-57. Recent reports have even revealed that the Kh-38 missile can be launched from the upgraded Ka-52 helicopter.

The Russian Aerospace Forces mainly used precision-guided missiles to destroy key positions of Kiev forces, important bridges near the front and high-value military equipment such as radars and air defense systems.

According to AVP, Russian intelligence managed to identify the location of the meeting of officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and then the Russian Aerospace Forces carried out a precision strike, completely destroying the building. The incident occurred in the village of Tsvetkovoe in the Zaporozhye region, where the commanders of the 78th Battalion of the 102nd Territorial Defense Brigade were concentrated.

According to multiple sources, the commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine held an important strategic meeting, discussing current operations and plans for the future.

The airstrike was so powerful that the building where the meeting was held was completely destroyed. According to preliminary data, the airstrike caused human losses. The incident was a major blow to the command structure of the Ukrainian military in the region.
