Accordingly, the Hanoi Department of Health will receive feedback and recommendations on specific difficulties in implementing current regulations due to acts of delay, harassment, failure to implement or improper implementation of administrative regulations by agencies, cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Department, such as: refusal to implement, prolonging the time to implement administrative procedures; arbitrarily requesting, supplementing, or placing additional records and documents outside the provisions of law; acts of not providing guidance or providing incomplete and inaccurate guidance on administrative procedures; harassment, harassment, shirking of responsibility; failure to implement or improper implementation of state administrative regulations by cadres, civil servants and public employees.

The Department also receives feedback and recommendations on the inconsistency with reality, the lack of uniformity and uniformity of administrative regulations; receives comments and proposes solutions to handle feedback and recommendations or initiatives to issue administrative regulations related to business activities and people's lives...

Representatives of units and individuals can send their feedback and recommendations in writing, by phone or by means of a polling form clearly stating the content of the feedback and recommendations and clearly stating their name, address, and phone number (or email when contact is needed). Processing time depends on the complexity of each specific feedback and recommendation.
