Conduct research and compile the document "Propaganda on the work of preventing and combating corruption and negative practices".

On the morning of March 30th, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department coordinated a meeting to implement the research and compilation of the document "Propaganda on the work of preventing and combating corruption and negative phenomena." Comrade Be Thanh Tinh, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, chaired the meeting. Attendees included leaders from the Party building departments, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial Police Department, the Provincial Inspectorate, the Department of Justice, the Department of Education and Training, and the Hoang Dinh Giong Political School.

The outline for the document "Propaganda on Anti-Corruption and Anti-Corruption Work" consists of three parts: Basic issues concerning anti-corruption and anti-corruption; Ho Chi Minh's ideology and the Party and State's views on anti-corruption and anti-corruption; and the recent situation of anti-corruption and anti-corruption work, future directions and tasks, and the responsibilities of organizations and individuals. The document is expected to be 90-100 pages long, 16 x 24 cm in size, with over 5,600 copies; published and distributed in the second quarter of 2023.

The publication of this document aims to further transform the awareness, thinking, and beliefs of the people regarding the leadership of the Party, the State, and functional agencies in the fight against corruption and embezzlement. It aims to create motivation for practicing integrity, building a culture of thrift, and preventing corruption among cadres, Party members, civil servants, and public employees. It also links the dissemination of information on combating corruption and embezzlement with the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, dated May 18, 2021, of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo "on promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style"; and Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW, dated October 25, 2021, of the 13th Central Committee of the Party on strengthening the building and rectification of the Party and the political system. resolutely prevent, repel, and strictly deal with cadres and Party members who have degenerated in terms of political ideology, morality, and lifestyle, and who exhibit signs of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation";

The document "Propaganda on Anti-Corruption and Anti-Corruption Work" is disseminated and used for education at political schools, professional management schools under Party and State agencies and organizations, armed forces, socio-political organizations, and educational and training institutions. It serves the activities of Party branches, mass organizations, agencies, and units, and is widely disseminated among the people in the province. This helps cadres, Party members, and the people to thoroughly understand, grasp, and effectively implement the fight against corruption and anti-corruption to build a cleaner and stronger Party and State.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Be Thanh Tinh, requested the Drafting Committee to incorporate the opinions expressed at the meeting and finalize the draft of the document. To ensure the early submission of the book to the Steering Committee for publication, the Drafting Committee and relevant departments should promptly assign members to focus on drafting the content sections according to the plan. Simultaneously, they should concentrate on researching and finalizing the book's title; developing a well-structured outline, layout, and detailed content; and collecting materials that are absolutely accurate, thorough, scientifically sound, politically relevant, locally relevant, persuasive, practical, and widely disseminated to cadres, Party members, and all segments of the population.
