This morning, April 23rd, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, Le Thi Lan Huong, visited and expressed gratitude to the soldiers, youth volunteers, and civilian workers who participated in and served in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign and are residing in Vinh Linh district. These included Mr. Tran Trong Luong in Huynh Cong Dong village, Trung Nam commune; Mr. Le Van Tao in Vinh Hoa commune; and the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Tri in Vinh Thai commune, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory on May 7th (1954 - 2024).

During her visits, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, Le Thi Lan Huong, cordially inquired about, encouraged, and presented gifts of gratitude to the families of soldiers, youth volunteers, and civilian workers on the front lines. She also affirmed the immense contributions of the soldiers, youth volunteers, and civilian workers on the front lines from Vinh Linh district in particular, and Quang Tri province in general, which contributed to the glorious Dien Bien Phu Victory that shook the world.
Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, Le Thi Lan Huong, expressed her wish that the soldiers, youth volunteers, and civilian workers on the front lines would uphold the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers," continue to set a good example, and cultivate revolutionary traditions for their children and the younger generation.
