In 2025, the Ministry of National Defense assigned the Air Force Officer School to recruit 25 students for the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) major, under the Air Force Command and Staff Officer major.
The candidates are male candidates nationwide who have passed the preliminary health examination round organized by the Air Defense - Air Force Medical Institute (Air Defense - Air Force) and are found to meet the admission standards.
Previously, since 2022, the Air Force Officer School has also trained the primary level in controlling and suppressing unmanned aerial vehicles. Students studying this major will be fully equipped with knowledge of techniques, control and suppression of unmanned aerial vehicles.
In 2025, the Air Force Officer School was assigned by the Ministry of National Defense to recruit 165 candidates, including 105 candidates for military university training and 60 candidates for military college training.
Recently, the Ministry of National Defense officially announced regulations on enrollment organization and enrollment quotas for military university and college training at military schools in 2025.
The total military enrollment target of 20 military schools this year is 4,400 military university and college students, a decrease of nearly 1,000 compared to last year.
