Mr. Dang Huu Hai, Chairman of the Thuy Xuan Ward People's Committee, said that heavy rains in recent days have caused flooding in several areas of alley 106 on Minh Mang Street (Thuy Xuan Ward). Local authorities have put up warning signs at these points, but taxi drivers, being careless and unfamiliar with the area, drove into the flooded sections.

At the same time, people should strictly comply with the instructions of the functional forces.

| The hazardous area is fenced off in An Cuu ward. |
According to Ms. Hoang Thi Nhu Thanh, Chairwoman of the An Cuu Ward People's Committee, due to heavy rain, many roads in An Cuu Ward were flooded to a depth of 0.5 - 1 meter. Some hilly areas and culverts in the An Tay area and the Nam Song Huong canal experienced localized flooding with strong currents. The local authorities mobilized personnel to guard vulnerable points; organized awareness campaigns and guided residents on proactive flood prevention and control; and erected barriers and warning ropes to prevent people from traveling through dangerous areas (approximately 15 locations).
According to the Hue City Police, heavy rain is expected to continue for the next few days, making the flood situation in Hue City more complex. Residents should limit going out during heavy rain and high water levels; and follow the instructions of the authorities. In case of any difficulties or dangers, immediately report to the local authorities or the police in the nearest commune or ward for timely assistance.
