Bao Hung International Joint Stock Company (Tan Minh Industrial Cluster, Vu Thu Commune), one of the leading confectionery and food production enterprises in the country, is a prime example. After more than 30 years of development, the company has not only maintained a strong position in the domestic market but has also expanded its products to over 30 countries and territories. From advanced production lines and rigorous sterilization processes to professional workforce training, every stage of Bao Hung's production is standardized. For the company, the most important factor is product quality, which determines the survival of the business, and it continuously invests in technology and human resources to meet export standards.
Not only the processing industry, but the province's agricultural sector is also gradually establishing its brand. Businesses are boldly investing in modern production lines, standardizing products according to ISO standards, focusing on packaging, branding, and social welfare. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Chu, Director of Thanh Yen Co., Ltd. (Hoang Hoa Tham commune), said: “Exporting requires seriousness and consistency. Keeping contracts, ensuring quality, even with low profits, is essential for maintaining credibility with customers. Trust is key to market success.” To enhance its competitiveness in the global market, Lien Hanh Co., Ltd. (Vu Thu industrial cluster) has chosen to build a closed-loop supply chain from raw material sourcing to processing and preservation. The company collaborates with institutes and academies to research and develop products that meet international standards; and cooperates with partners in various regions to build raw material areas, storage facilities, and processing plants to meet the diverse requirements of customers.

Currently, Vietnam has signed 17 FTAs with major partners, opening up markets. Goods from businesses in the province are now present in more than 100 countries and territories thanks to preferential tariffs. Previously, businesses mainly exported products to a few traditional markets such as Japan, Singapore, and China. Now, they have expanded to many new markets such as South Korea, Germany, the United States, the EU, and other potential markets such as Australia and India. The reality at the business shows that the effects of FTAs on export market development are very clear. Tien Thanh Handicraft Production and Import-Export Co., Ltd. (Nguyen Duc Canh Industrial Park) has successfully penetrated many markets such as Japan, South Korea, the United States, and EU countries. Besides outstanding quality, the company's products have strong competitiveness thanks to the preferential tariffs offered by FTAs.

Over the years, the province, along with various ministries and agencies, has issued numerous mechanisms and policies to address difficulties related to land, credit, investment procedures, trade promotion, and administrative reform, thereby creating a stable and transparent investment environment. In the customs sector, a crucial link in the export chain, administrative procedure reform and digital transformation are yielding practical results. According to Mr. Tran Quoc Chinh, Head of Thai Binh Customs (Customs Sub-department Region IV): "The customs sector is actively implementing digital customs models, smart customs, applying artificial intelligence, blockchain, and big data to help businesses save time in customs clearance transactions, reduce financial and human resource costs, and improve production and business efficiency." The industry and trade sector continues to play a key role in supporting businesses with various activities, such as: strengthening the dissemination and training of knowledge about FTAs; supporting trade promotion and connecting domestic and international trade; Implement 100% online public services for issuing Certificates of Origin (C/O) to businesses; coordinate global market forecasting to help businesses proactively develop appropriate production and business plans.
The bright spots in the export picture reflect the dynamic, resilient, and ambitious business community of the province. With proactively seizing opportunities from FTAs and the support of the government, the province's international trade activities are entering a phase of sustainable development and integration.
