District Secretary connects scholarships for disabled students, praises teacher for bringing students to class

The story of teacher Nguyen Thi Minh Hoa (Ong Ich Khiem High School, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang) volunteering to take Tran Nhu Ngoc, a disabled student, to school every day, has touched the hearts of many readers.

Praise the teacher, give the students strength to go to school

After reading the touching story about the kindness of teacher Hoa and knowing Ngoc's pitiful situation, Mr. To Van Hung, Secretary of the Hoa Vang District Party Committee, visited Ngoc's house. Mr. Hung, along with the district's functional departments and the leaders of Hoa Nhon commune, gave gifts and encouraged Ngoc's family (in Thach Nham Dong village, Hoa Nhon commune).

Ngoc's house was dilapidated, there was not a single valuable item in the house, mother and daughter depended on each other to get by. Ngoc suffered from hydrocephalus and had abnormal development.

Because of health and poverty, Ngoc passed the cultural studies major at Da Nang University of Education but had to stop before the lecture hall.

Sympathizing with Ngoc's family situation, the Secretary of Hoa Vang District Party Committee visited and shared the difficulties of Ngoc and her mother, encouraging her to continue her studies.

Mr. Hung represented the Hoa Vang District Career Guidance Club to present 5 million VND, along with a call for funding for a full scholarship for the college training program in information technology for Tran Nhu Ngoc.

At the same time, the Secretary of the Hoa Vang District Party Committee also praised Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hoa, because her beautiful act of bringing her student to class every day has helped the disabled student's journey to keep her knowledge less difficult and less self-conscious.

Have faith in the future of the disabled student

Through Mr. To Van Hung's connection, Da Nang Polytechnic College will support Ngoc's full tuition fee to study Information Technology at the school. The school will also arrange for her to stay in a dormitory right at the school for convenient travel.

The door to the lecture hall once again opened before her eyes, now Ngoc is happy and confident to move forward thanks to the kind help. Ngoc emotionally said that she will continue to pursue her studies to the end and never forget the hands that reached out to help her in difficult times.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hoa also burst into happiness when all this time she was still running around looking for a way for her students, now there is a happy ending.

"I alone could not have given her such a beautiful ending. I was so happy and started to have faith in Ngoc's bright future because she was very determined, only because of adversity she chose to stop.

I am very grateful for the kind help of the district and commune leaders and benefactors," Ms. Hoa shared.
