Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc are about to auction many land plots worth thousands of billions of dong.

TPO - In Binh Phuoc province, the authorities are auctioning many land plots with a starting price of over 50 billion VND. In Binh Duong , it is expected that 59 land plots will be auctioned, with the proceeds of about 560,359 billion VND to serve the local socio-economic development.

According to the announcement of Luat Viet Joint Stock Auction Company, 71 land lots in Suoi Doi Residential, Urban and Commercial Service Area (Hung Long Ward, Chon Thanh Town, Binh Phuoc Province) of the Chon Thanh Town Land Fund Development Center, Binh Phuoc Province will be auctioned soon.

It is expected that on June 3, 52 plots of land will be auctioned, each plot has an area of 125 - 251 m2, with starting prices from 2.5 - 5.1 billion VND/plot. The total starting price of the auctioned plots is nearly 136 billion VND.

On June 7, 19 plots of land will be auctioned, each plot has an area of 113.31 - 193.76 m2, starting price from over 2.1 - 3.9 billion VND. The total starting price of these 19 plots is 50.2 billion VND.

The above plots of land are all intended for urban residential use, have been cleared, have no assets attached to the land, have been approved by the People's Committee of Chon Thanh town for detailed construction planning 1/500, and have a complete technical infrastructure system.

Also on June 7, the Binh Phuoc Province Property Auction Service Center will organize an auction of land use rights including 33 plots of land in the Nguyen Van Cu Residential Area (Loc Ninh Town, Loc Ninh District, Binh Phuoc Province). The total area is over 7,375 m2, with a total starting price of over VND50.2 billion.

The plots of land are urban land auctioned separately, have been divided into plots, marked, and have relatively complete infrastructure according to the 1/500 detailed planning project approved by the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province. Each plot of land has an area of over 200 m2, with starting prices from 1.38 billion VND/plot or more.

Auction notices state that participants must pay 20% of the starting price of the property they want to own in advance. The starting price does not include transfer fees, registration fees, taxes, etc., which are paid by the auction winner. Only one individual per household is allowed to participate in the auction/lot of land.

On June 7, Bu Gia Map district will auction two land lots with areas of 14,419.1 m2 and 13,354.8 m2 (CLN), starting price of nearly 2 billion VND.

Binh Duong plans to auction land of old public headquarters to raise funds for economic and social development.

In Binh Duong province, based on the current status and management, the project to establish a land fund for development from 3 land fund sources, including 59 land plots with a total area of 18,171 hectares, after auction is expected to collect about 560,359 billion VND.

Of the 59 plots of land, there are 15 clean plots with a total area of 329.5 hectares, which were recovered from the organization and assigned to the Binh Duong Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management. It is expected that these 15 clean plots of land will be auctioned to collect VND 8,648 billion for the provincial budget.

For 29 land plots for building new urban areas (combined with TOD model development), the total area is 17,652 hectares. Most of the new urban projects are located along the existing My Phuoc - Tan Van route, directly connecting to Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4; Ho Chi Minh City - Chon Thanh Expressway through Binh Duong province. It is expected that the auction of these 29 land plots will raise 504,395 billion VND.

In addition, in Binh Duong province, there are 8 land plots that were formerly the headquarters of State agencies located in Thu Dau Mot City, with a total area of 2.53 hectares. When auctioning these 8 land plots, the expected revenue is 632.5 billion VND. The remaining 7 land plots with a total area of 187 hectares, from equitized enterprises and State-owned enterprises managed and used, when auctioned, the expected revenue is 46,683 billion VND.
