Tam Thanh Border Guard Station coordinated with Tam Thanh and Tam Lu communes to deploy forces to help people overcome the consequences caused by whirlwinds and heavy rains. Previously, at around 6:15 p.m. on July 19, whirlwinds and heavy rains occurred in the area, blowing off the roofs of 21 houses, breaking 4 solar power lamp posts, and damaging many properties and crops of the people. The total damage was estimated at about 130 million VND.
Border Guard Stations continue to coordinate with local authorities to check households in areas at risk of landslides, conduct propaganda and mobilization, and be ready to evacuate people to safe places; arrange forces to be ready to respond to natural disasters and search and rescue when situations arise.
