In 2024, Trieu Son district had 215 young people enlisting in the armed forces, including 192 serving in the military and 23 serving in the police force, at the following units: Regiment 141, Division 312, Corps 12; Regiment 102, Division 308, Corps 12; Regiment 64, Division 361, Air Defense - Air Force Command; Regiment 692, Hanoi Capital Command; Ceremonial Unit of the General Staff, Ministry of National Defense ; Regiment 762, Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command; and Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.
100% of the young men selected for military service this time meet the health, educational, and political requirements set by the recruiting units. Among them, 96 young men volunteered for military service; 82 outstanding young men had attended Party awareness training courses (36 of whom were admitted to the Party before enlisting); 18 young men are from ethnic minority groups; 150 young men have a high school diploma or higher; and 3 young men have a college or university degree.

In 2024, Sam Son City had 91 new recruits joining the armed forces, including 80 young men serving in the military and 11 young men serving in the People's Public Security Force. In 2024, Nhu Thanh district had 94 citizens enlist in the military, joining three receiving units: Regiment 209, Division 312, Corps 12; Regiment 335, Division 324, Military Region 4; and the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.
Following the motto "Recruit only those who are truly qualified," the recruitment process is implemented synchronously from screening, preliminary selection, medical examination, and political and moral vetting according to the principle of "fairness, democracy, transparency, and adherence to the law." Compared to previous years, the quality of young men enlisting in the district this year is better in terms of age, health, and educational level; their ideology and stance are firm. Over 50% of the new recruits volunteered; 70 new recruits received Party awareness training; and 57 new recruits were admitted to the Party before enlisting.

To fulfill the military recruitment quota and improve the quality of citizen selection, the District Military Service Council and the District Military Command of Ha Trung coordinated with local authorities to review the number of young people of military age according to the Military Service Law. Simultaneously, they developed a plan and implemented preliminary selection at the commune level and medical examination at the district level to select young people who met the criteria. Therefore, 100% of the young people enlisting in 2024 met the requirements in terms of health, education level, and political ideology, fulfilling the requirements set by the recruiting units.

Leaders of Vinh Loc district presented flowers to congratulate and encourage the young men who were about to enlist in the army.
Following the military enlistment ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tien Hieu, Head of the Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks Management Board of the province, along with representatives from Vinh Loc district, presented flowers and gifts to encourage the new recruits as they departed for military service. They also expressed their hope that the recruits would uphold the spirit of youth, continuously train and strive for excellence, actively participate in learning and training, strictly adhere to military and police discipline, and successfully complete their assigned tasks.

In this recruitment drive, Yen Dinh district has 213 young men enlisting in the military, achieving 100% of the assigned target. This includes 192 young men for compulsory military service and 21 young men for compulsory service in the People's Public Security Force, who will participate in training and education at Regiment 102, Training Center 334 of the General Department of Engineering, Division 308, Corps 12, and the People's Public Security Force.

In 2024, Dong Son district had 77 young men enlisting in the military, including 65 who joined army units and 12 who joined police units.
The new recruits were assigned to the following units: Regiment 257, Division 361, Air Defense - Air Force; Regiment 762, Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command; and Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.

To fulfill the military recruitment quota and improve the quality of selection, Dong Son district has strictly implemented the steps of propaganda, mobilization, and recruitment in accordance with the regulations of the Law on Military Service. The selection and calling of citizens for military service has been carried out openly and democratically. All new recruits meet the standards in terms of political qualities, educational level, and health, and are eligible to enlist and defend the Fatherland.
