Mobilizing many principals of 'hot' high schools in Ho Chi Minh City

On the afternoon of September 8, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City announced the decision to transfer and appoint many principals at "hot" high schools in Region 1 (old Ho Chi Minh City).

Accordingly, the Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City has issued a decision to transfer and appoint high school principals as follows:

Mr. Nguyen Duc Chinh, Principal of Tran Phu High School (former Tan Phu district, now Phu Tho Hoa ward), transferred to become Principal of Nguyen Thuong Hien High School (former Tan Binh district, now Tan Son Nhat ward).

Mr. Lam Trieu Nghi, Principal of Nguyen Thuong Hien High School, transferred to become Principal of Gia Dinh High School (formerly Binh Thanh District).

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Khanh Van, Principal of Gia Dinh High School, transferred to become Principal of Thanh Da High School (formerly Binh Thanh District).

Mr. Le Ngoc Khai, Principal of Thu Duc High School, transferred to become Principal of Tran Phu High School.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Truc, Principal of Duong Van Thi High School (formerly Thu Duc City), transferred to become Principal of Thu Duc High School.

Mr. Le Huu Han, Principal of Thanh Da High School, transferred to become Principal of Dao Son Tay High School (former Thu Duc City).

Ms. Hoang Thi Hao, Principal of Dao Son Tay High School, transferred to become Principal of Long Truong High School (former Thu Duc City).

Ms. Le Tuong Quyen, Vice Principal of Trung Vuong High School (formerly District 1), was appointed Principal of Duong Van Thi High School.

It is known that this is the first transfer and rotation of principals of the 2025-2026 school year, after Ho Chi Minh City merged with Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau .

Immediately after the merger, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City Nguyen Van Hieu appointed leaders of the departments, specifically as follows:

Ms. Ta Thi Minh Thu, Head of Inspection and Legal Department (Ms. Thu was previously Head of Non-public Management Department of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training).

Mr. Tong Phuoc Loc, Head of Personnel Organization Department (Mr. Tong Phuoc Loc was previously Head of Personnel Organization Department of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training).

Mr. Nguyen Khac Huy, Head of Planning and Finance Department (Mr. Nguyen Khac Huy was previously Head of Planning and Finance Department of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training).

Ms. Cao Thi Thien Phuc, Head of Student Affairs Department (Ms. Cao Thi Thien Phuc was previously Head of the Political and Ideological Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training).

Mr. Tran Xuan Mai, Head of Quality Management Department (Mr. Tran Xuan Mai was the former Head of General Education Department of Binh Duong Department of Education and Training).

Ms. Luong Thi Hong Diep, Head of Preschool Education Department (Ms. Luong Thi Hong Diep was the former Head of Preschool Education Department of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training).
